Article D6313-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Part Two of the General Code of Territorial Authorities shall apply to Saint-Martin under the conditions set out in this article.

II. – Book II is applicable to Saint-Martin under the following conditions:

1° Article R. 2214-1 is not applicable to Saint-Martin;

2° Articles R. 2221-1 to R. 2221-99 are not applicable to Saint-Martin;

3° Articles R. 2231-1 to R. 2242-6 shall not apply to Saint-Martin.

III. – Book IV of Part Two of the General Local Authorities Code is applicable to Saint-Martin under the following conditions:

1° Articles D. 2411-1 to D. 2411-10 are not applicable to Saint-Martin;

2° For the application of Article R. 2421-1, the community hall is treated in the same way as the town hall.

I. – La deuxième partie du code général des collectivités territoriales est applicable à Saint-Martin dans les conditions prévues au présent article.

II. – Le livre II est applicable à Saint-Martin dans les conditions suivantes :

1° L’article R. 2214-1 n’est pas applicable à Saint-Martin ;

2° Les articles R. 2221-1 à R. 2221-99 ne sont pas applicables à Saint-Martin ;

3° Les articles R. 2231-1 à R. 2242-6 ne sont pas applicables à Saint-Martin.

III. – Le livre IV de la deuxième partie du code général des collectivités territoriales est applicable à Saint-Martin dans les conditions suivantes :

1° Les articles D. 2411-1 à D. 2411-10 ne sont pas applicables à Saint-Martin ;

2° Pour l’application de l’article R. 2421-1, l’hôtel de la collectivité est assimilé à la mairie.
