Article D6321-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The election of the territorial council shall take place in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles R. 1 to R. 97 and to articles R. 118 to R. 128 of the Electoral Code and under the following conditions:

1° The references to the sous-préfet and the préfet are replaced by the reference to the representative of the State;

2° The reference to the arrondissement is replaced by the reference to the collectivité;

3° The references to the mairie, the maire, the conseil municipal, the commune and the département are replaced by the references to the hôtel de la collectivité, the président du conseil territorial, the conseil territorial and the collectivité;

Article D6321-1

L’élection du conseil territorial a lieu selon les modalités prévues aux articles R. 1 à R. 97 et aux articles R. 118 à R. 128 du code électoral et dans les conditions suivantes :

1° Les références au sous-préfet et au préfet sont remplacées par la référence au représentant de l’Etat ;

2° La référence à l’arrondissement est remplacée par la référence à la collectivité ;

3° Les références à la mairie, au maire, au conseil municipal, à la commune et au département sont remplacées par les références à l’hôtel de la collectivité, au président du conseil territorial, au conseil territorial et à la collectivité ;
