Article D6332-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The following articles of the Electoral Code apply to the preparatory operations for the ballot and to the conduct of voting operations, under the conditions laid down in Article D. 6313-1, the following articles of the Electoral Code:

1° Article R. 40 relating to the allocation of voters to polling stations;

2° Article R. 41 relating to polling times;

3° Article R. 42 relating to the composition of the polling station;

4° Article R. 43 relating to the chairmanship of the polling station;

5° Article R. 44 relating to the appointment of assessors;

6° Article R. 45 relating to the appointment of their deputy;

7° Article R. 46 relating to the notification to the mayor and the presidents of the polling stations of the lists of assessors and substitutes;

8° Article R. 47 relating to the role of the delegates of the lists of candidates or candidates;

9° Article R. 48 prohibiting discussions and deliberations inside the polling stations;

10° Articles R. 49 and R. 50 relating to the policing of the polling station;

11° Article R. 51 relating to the replacement of assessors and delegates who may have been expelled;

12° Article R. 52 relating to the powers of the bureau to settle difficulties provisionally by reasoned decisions and entries in the minutes;

13° Article R. 54 relating to the electoral envelopes;

14° Article R. 57 relating to the public recording of the opening and closing time of the poll;

15° Article R. 58 relating to checking the identity of voters;

16° Article R. 59 relating to the obligation to be registered on the electoral roll;

17° Article R. 60 relating to proof of identity in communes of 3,500 inhabitants or more;

18°Articles R. 61 and R. 62 relating to the list of voters and its control;

19°Articles R. 72 to R. 80 relating to proxy voting.

Sont applicables aux opérations préparatoires au scrutin et au déroulement des opérations de vote, dans les conditions prévues par l’article D. 6313-1, les articles suivants du code électoral :

1° L’article R. 40 relatif à la répartition des électeurs en bureaux de vote ;

2° L’article R. 41 relatif aux horaires du scrutin ;

3° L’article R. 42 relatif à la composition du bureau de vote ;

4° L’article R. 43 relatif à la présidence de ce bureau ;

5° L’article R. 44 relatif à la désignation des assesseurs ;

6° L’article R. 45 relatif à la désignation de leur suppléant ;

7° L’article R. 46 relatif à la notification au maire et aux présidents des bureaux de vote des listes d’assesseurs et de suppléants ;

8° L’article R. 47 relatif au rôle des délégués des listes de candidats ou des candidats ;

9° L’article R. 48 interdisant les discussions et délibérations à l’intérieur des bureaux de vote ;

10° Les articles R. 49 et R. 50 relatifs à la police du bureau de vote ;

11° L’article R. 51 relatif au remplacement des assesseurs et délégués qui auraient été expulsés ;

12° L’article R. 52 relatif aux compétences du bureau pour régler provisoirement les difficultés par décisions motivées et inscriptions au procès-verbal ;

13° L’article R. 54 relatif aux enveloppes électorales ;

14° L’article R. 57 relatif à la constatation publique de l’heure d’ouverture et de clôture du scrutin ;

15° L’article R. 58 relatif au contrôle de l’identité des électeurs ;

16° L’article R. 59 relatif à l’obligation d’être inscrit sur la liste électorale ;

17° L’article R. 60 relatif à la preuve de l’identité dans les communes de 3 500 habitants et plus ;

18° Les articles R. 61 et R. 62 relatifs à la liste d’émargement et à son contrôle ;

19° Les articles R. 72 à R. 80 relatifs au vote par procuration.
