Article D6342-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The State representative may suspend the application of the agreement provided for in Article D. 6342-3 when it observes serious deterioration in the operation of the teletransmission system or is prevented from taking cognisance of the documents transmitted, or when the system no longer meets the conditions for approval defined in Article D. 6342-1.

The Saint-Martin local authority will be notified in writing of any suspension and will then proceed to transmit its acts on paper.

Le représentant de l’Etat peut suspendre l’application de la convention prévue à l’article D. 6342-3 lorsqu’il constate des altérations graves du fonctionnement du dispositif de télétransmission ou qu’il est empêché de prendre connaissance des actes transmis ou que ce dispositif ne satisfait plus aux conditions d’homologation définies à l’article D. 6342-1.

Toute suspension fait l’objet d’une notification écrite à la collectivité de Saint-Martin qui procède, dès lors, à la transmission de ses actes sur support papier.
