The Agency’s Accounting Officer is appointed by order of the Ministers for the Budget, Overseas France and Health.

The accounting officer may be recruited on a full-time contract basis or perform his or her duties as an adjunct.

The control of the management of the Health Agency’s accounting officer is ensured by an agent expressly designated for this purpose by the Minister of the Economy and Finance.

The accounting officer is also subject to audits by the Inspectorate General of Finance and, where applicable, by the competent audit bodies.

L’agent comptable de l’agence est nommé par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’outre-mer et de la santé.

L’agent comptable peut être recruté à temps plein sur un emploi contractuel ou exercer ses fonctions en adjonction de service.

Le contrôle de la gestion de l’agent comptable de l’agence de santé est assuré par un agent expressément désigné à cet effet par le ministre de l’économie et des finances.

L’agent comptable est, en outre, soumis aux vérifications de l’inspection générale des finances et éventuellement des corps de contrôle compétents.
