The chambers of commerce and industry, in order to carry out the mission mentioned in article D. 711-10, have access to the information collected by the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1 from companies with a commercial activity.

This access is provided via an interface implemented by CCI France, which may delegate its implementation.

> a) The name, company name and address of the company.

> b) The legal form of the company.

h) Where the business is already registered, the unique identification number of the business and, where applicable, the name of the town or city in which the commercial court registry with which it is registered has its registered office;

i) Whether the spouse of the company director is regularly employed by the company and the status chosen in this capacity.

Les chambres de commerce et d’industrie bénéficient, pour l’exercice de la mission mentionnée à l’article D. 711-10, d’un accès aux informations collectées par l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 auprès des entreprises ayant une activité commerciale.

Cet accès se réalise par le biais d’une interface mise en œuvre par CCI France, laquelle peut en déléguer la réalisation, et qui comprend les données suivantes :

a) Les nom, nom d’usage et prénoms du chef d’entreprise pour les personnes physiques, la dénomination ou la raison sociale pour les personnes morales ;

b) La forme juridique de l’entreprise ;

c) Le siège de l’entreprise ou l’adresse de l’établissement ;

d) Les coordonnées téléphoniques et l’adresse électronique du chef d’entreprise ;

e) L’objet de la formalité, ainsi que la date d’effet de l’évènement la justifiant ;

f) La ou les activités exercées par l’entreprise au sein de chacun de ses établissements, en précisant l’activité principale de l’entreprise et de chacun de ses établissements ;

g) La nature de la gérance, lorsque l’entreprise est une société à responsabilité limitée ;

h) Lorsque l’entreprise est déjà immatriculée, le numéro unique d’identification de l’entreprise et, le cas échéant, le nom de la ville où siège le greffe du tribunal de commerce auprès duquel elle est inscrite ;

i) L’exercice par le conjoint du chef d’entreprise d’une activité professionnelle régulière dans l’entreprise et le statut choisi à ce titre.
