Article D7121-31 of the French Labour Code

Beneficiaries of this section are entitled to leave determined in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 3141-3 to L. 3141-31 if they can prove that they have worked for one or more of the subject employers for at least four weeks or thirty hours during the reference period.
Each day of paid leave is considered, for the purposes of determining entitlement to subsequent leave, as corresponding to one day’s work or one fee.

Lorsqu’il justifie d’au moins quatre semaines d’engagement ou de trente cachets au cours de la période de référence chez un ou plusieurs des employeurs assujettis, le bénéficiaire de la présente section a droit à un congé déterminé conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 3141-3 à L. 3141-31.
Chaque journée de congé payé est considérée, pour la détermination du droit au congé ultérieur, comme correspondant à une journée de travail ou à un cachet.
