Article D743-18 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, in articles D. 223-1 and D. 223-1-1, the words “SIREN number” are replaced by the words “TAHITI directory number”.

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
