Article D8232-1 of the French Labour Code

A contractor who, in application of article L. 8232-1, has entered into a contract with a company director without owning a business or a craft business and who has work carried out in workshops, shops or sites other than those of the main contractor who has entrusted him with this work, shall display in each of these workshops, shops or sites the name and address of the person from whom he has the work carried out.

L’entrepreneur qui, en application de l’article L. 8232-1, a conclu un contrat avec un chef d’entreprise sans être propriétaire d’un fonds de commerce ou d’un fonds artisanal et qui fait exécuter des travaux dans les ateliers, magasins ou chantiers autres que ceux de l’entrepreneur principal qui lui a confié ces travaux, affiche dans chacun de ces ateliers, magasins ou chantiers, le nom et l’adresse de la personne de qui il tient les travaux.
