Article D917-3 of the French Commercial code

In article D. 711-10 :

a) The first paragraph reads as follows:

“The mission of the Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon Chamber of Agriculture, Commerce, Industry, Trades and Crafts is, in particular, to provide services to agricultural, industrial, commercial, craft and service companies in the local authority. “

b) In the second paragraph, the words: “they create and manage” and : “contribute” are replaced respectively by the words: “it creates and manages” and : “contributes”;

c) In the third paragraph, the words: “they may” are replaced by the words: “it may”.

A l’article D. 711-10 :

a) Le premier alinéa est ainsi rédigé :

” La chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon a notamment une mission de service aux entreprises agricoles, industrielles, commerciales, artisanales et de services de la collectivité. ” ;

b) Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : ” elles créent et gèrent ” et : ” apportent ” sont remplacés respectivement par les mots : ” elle crée et gère ” et : ” apporte ” ;

c) Au troisième alinéa, les mots : ” elles peuvent ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” elle peut “.
