Article L1111-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When an investment project receives subsidies from public bodies, the local authority or consortium in charge of the project must publish its financing plan and display it permanently throughout the project and at its conclusion. The terms and conditions for the application of this article shall be laid down by decree.
