At the request of the persons directly concerned by these documents, the professionals, services, establishments and bodies referred to in article L. 1111-25 may create a document containing personal health data from one or more existing digital documents, without altering the meaning or content, and in compliance with medical confidentiality and the confidentiality of the data collected and processed.
The document created in this way is presumed to be reliable until proven otherwise when a production process has been used which allows the insertion of the metadata necessary to guarantee the identification of the issuer and the integrity of the data thus materialised. The document created may be on paper.
Where the document created in this way is subject to a legal obligation to sign, this obligation is deemed to have been met if the document complies with the conditions of the previous paragraph and if it is derived from one or more documents signed electronically in accordance with the provisions of the last paragraph of Article L. 1111-28.
