Article L1115-2 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities declared to be criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Criminal Code, for the offences defined in article L. 1115-1 shall incur, in addition to the fine set out in article 131-38 of the French Criminal Code, the penalties set out in 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° and 9° of article 131-39 of the same code. The ban imposed in this respect relates to the activity in the exercise or on the occasion of which the offence was committed.

Article L1115-2

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies à l’article L. 1115-1 encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-38 du code pénal, les peines prévues par les 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° et 9° de l’article 131-39 du même code. L’interdiction prononcée à ce titre porte sur l’activité dans l’exercice ou à l’occasion de laquelle l’infraction a été commise.
