Article L112-1 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Seizures can be made of all assets belonging to the debtor, even if they are held by third parties.
They may also relate to conditional, time-barred or successive performance claims. The terms and conditions of these obligations are binding on the seizing creditor.

Les saisies peuvent porter sur tous les biens appartenant au débiteur alors même qu’ils seraient détenus par des tiers.
Elles peuvent également porter sur les créances conditionnelles, à terme ou à exécution successive. Les modalités propres à ces obligations s’imposent au créancier saisissant.
