On his return to his original company, the employee is automatically reinstated in his previous job or in a similar job, with at least equivalent qualifications and remuneration, as well as maintaining his personal classification. They will benefit from the professional interview mentioned in I of article L. 6315-1.

A son retour dans l’entreprise d’origine, le salarié retrouve de plein droit son précédent emploi ou un emploi similaire, assorti d’une qualification et d’une rémunération au moins équivalentes ainsi que du maintien à titre personnel de sa classification. Il bénéficie de l’entretien professionnel mentionné au I de l’article L. 6315-1.
