Article L1225-11 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of this paragraph are without prejudice to the application of the provisions of articles :

1° L. 1225-4, on protection against termination of the employment contract of an employee in a medically certified state of pregnancy ;

2° L. 1225-17, relating to maternity leave;

3° L. 1225-29, relating to the ban on postnatal and prenatal employment;

4° L. 1226-2, relating to unfitness for work following a non-occupational illness or accident diagnosed by the occupational physician;

4° bis L. 1226-10, relating to unfitness following an accident at work or an occupational disease;

5° L. 4624-3 and L. 4624-4, relating to individual measures that may be proposed by the occupational physician.

Les dispositions du présent paragraphe ne font pas obstacle à l’application des dispositions des articles :

1° L. 1225-4, relatif à la protection contre la rupture du contrat de travail d’une salariée en état de grossesse médicalement constaté ;

2° L. 1225-17, relatif au congé de maternité ;

3° L. 1225-29, relatif à l’interdiction d’emploi postnatal et prénatal ;

4° L. 1226-2, relatif à l’inaptitude consécutive à une maladie ou un accident non professionnel constatée par le médecin du travail ;

4° bis L. 1226-10, relatif à l’inaptitude consécutive à un accident du travail ou à une maladie professionnelle ;

5° L. 4624-3 et L. 4624-4, relatifs aux mesures individuelles pouvant être proposées par le médecin du travail.
