Article L1233-35 of the French Labour Code

The expert appointed by the social and economic committee asks the employer, within ten days of his appointment, for all the information he deems necessary to carry out his assignment. The employer responds to this request within eight days. If necessary, the expert will request, within ten days, additional information from the employer, who will respond to this request within eight days of the date on which the expert’s request is made.

L’expert désigné par le comité social et économique demande à l’employeur, dans les dix jours à compter de sa désignation, toutes les informations qu’il juge nécessaires à la réalisation de sa mission. L’employeur répond à cette demande dans les huit jours. Le cas échéant, l’expert demande, dans les dix jours, des informations complémentaires à l’employeur, qui répond à cette demande dans les huit jours à compter de la date à laquelle la demande de l’expert est formulée.
