Article L1242-11 of the French Labour Code

The following provisions do not apply during the trial period:

1° the commencement of the contract as provided for in article L. 1242-9 ;

2° Early termination of the contract as provided for in articles L. 1243-1 to L. 1243-4 ;

3° Postponement of the end of the contract as provided for in article L. 1243-7;

4° the end-of-contract indemnity provided for in article L. 1243-8.

Article L1242-11

Ne sont pas applicables pendant la période d’essai les dispositions relatives :

1° A la prise d’effet du contrat prévue à l’article L. 1242-9 ;

2° A la rupture anticipée du contrat prévue aux articles L. 1243-1 à L. 1243-4 ;

3° Au report du terme du contrat prévue à l’article L. 1243-7 ;

4° A l’indemnité de fin de contrat prévue à l’article L. 1243-8.
