Article L1251-21 of the French Labour Code

For the duration of the assignment, the user company is responsible for the conditions under which the work is performed, as determined by the legal provisions and collective bargaining agreements applicable to the workplace.

For the application of these provisions, the conditions under which the work is performed include, exhaustively, those relating to:

1° working hours ;

2° night work

3° Weekly rest and public holidays;

4° Health and safety at work;

5° work by women, children and young workers.

Pendant la durée de la mission, l’entreprise utilisatrice est responsable des conditions d’exécution du travail, telles qu’elles sont déterminées par les dispositions légales et conventionnelles applicables au lieu de travail.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions, les conditions d’exécution du travail comprennent limitativement ce qui a trait :

1° A la durée du travail ;

2° Au travail de nuit ;

3° Au repos hebdomadaire et aux jours fériés ;

4° A la santé et la sécurité au travail ;

5° Au travail des femmes, des enfants et des jeunes travailleurs.
