Article L1251-54 of the French Labour Code

To calculate the workforce of a temporary work agency, account is taken of :

1° The permanent employees of this company, determined in accordance with article L. 1111-2;

2° Temporary employees who have been linked to this company by assignment contracts for a total period of at least three months during the last calendar year.

Pour calculer les effectifs d’une entreprise de travail temporaire, il est tenu compte :

1° Des salariés permanents de cette entreprise, déterminés conformément à l’article L. 1111-2 ;

2° Des salariés temporaires qui ont été liés à cette entreprise par des contrats de mission pendant une durée totale d’au moins trois mois au cours de la dernière année civile.
