Article L1252-8 of the French Labour Code

In the user company, the employee on secondment has access to collective means of transport and collective facilities, in particular catering facilities, available to the employees of that company, under the same conditions as the latter.

Where additional expenses are incurred by the social and economic committee, these will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the secondment contract.

Le salarié mis à disposition a accès dans l’entreprise utilisatrice aux moyens de transport collectifs et aux installations collectives, notamment de restauration, dont peuvent bénéficier les salariés de cette entreprise, dans les même conditions que ces derniers.

Lorsque des dépenses supplémentaires incombent au comité social et économique, celles-ci lui sont remboursées suivant des modalités définies au contrat de mise à disposition.
