Article L1271-13 of the French Labour Code

The special payment voucher is nominative. It mentions the name of the beneficiary.

A decree may specify the cases in which :

1° The special payment voucher is payable to a named person, in particular when it is pre-financed by a public entity or a private entity entrusted with a public service mission;

2° The special payment voucher is not named until it is allocated to the beneficiary in an emergency.

Un décret peut prévoir les cas dans lesquels :

1° Le titre spécial de paiement est stipulé payable à une personne dénommée, notamment lorsqu’il est préfinancé par une personne publique ou une personne privée chargée d’une mission de service public ;

2° Le titre spécial de paiement n’est pas nominatif jusqu’à son attribution à son bénéficiaire, en cas d’urgence.
