Associations and foundations using the chèque-emploi associatif are deemed to have complied with all formalities relating to the recruitment and employment of their employees. This applies in particular to the following formalities:
1° Declaration prior to hiring, as provided for in Article L. 1221-10 ;
2° Entry in the single personnel register, as provided for in article L. 1221-13;
3° Drawing up a written employment contract, entering the compulsory details and sending the contract to the employee, as provided for in articles L. 1242-12 and L. 1242-13 for fixed-term employment contracts;
4° Drawing up a written employment contract and entering the compulsory details, as provided for in article L. 3123-6, for part-time employment contracts;
5° Declarations in respect of occupational medicine and the replacement income benefits scheme referred to in article L. 5421-2.
