Article L1311-16 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When, in the woods and forests of collectivities subject to the forestry regime, pursuant to Book I of the Forestry Code, felling or felling products are sold that group together in the same lot woods belonging to several collectivities, the claim of the collectivity concerning the sale of the products of its domain relates to the share of the net proceeds collected to be distributed to it by the Office National des Forêts, in accordance with the procedures laid down in articles L214-7 and L214-8 of the new forestry code.

Article L1311-16

Lorsqu’il est procédé dans les bois et forêts de collectivités relevant du régime forestier, en application du livre Ier du code forestier, à des ventes de coupes ou produits de coupes groupant en un même lot des bois appartenant à plusieurs collectivités, la créance de la collectivité concernant la vente des produits de son domaine porte sur la part du produit net encaissé devant lui être distribuée par l’Office national des forêts, selon les modalités prévues aux articles L214-7 et L214-8 du nouveau code forestier.
