Article L1321-2 of the French Labour Code

The internal regulations set out :

1° The provisions relating to employees’ rights of defence as defined in Articles L. 1332-1 to L. 1332-3 or by the applicable collective agreement;

2° The provisions relating to moral and sexual harassment and sexist behaviour as set out in this Code;

3° The existence of the whistleblower protection scheme provided for in Chapter II of Law 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life.

Article L1321-2

Le règlement intérieur rappelle :

1° Les dispositions relatives aux droits de la défense des salariés définis aux articles L. 1332-1 à L. 1332-3 ou par la convention collective applicable ;

2° Les dispositions relatives aux harcèlements moral et sexuel et aux agissements sexistes prévues par le présent code ;

3° L’existence du dispositif de protection des lanceurs d’alerte prévu au chapitre II de la loi n° 2016-1691 du 9 décembre 2016 relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique.
