Article L138-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The authorised collective management organisation shall transmit without delay, and at least six months before the work is made available to the public, to the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property the information for the purpose of identifying the work concerned, the information concerning the opposition procedures as well as the information concerning the parties to the licensing contracts, the territories covered and the uses envisaged. This information will be entered by the institution concerned on the portal set up by that office for that purpose.

Article L138-3

L’organisme de gestion collective agréé transmet sans délai, et au moins six mois avant que l’œuvre soit mise à la disposition du public, à l’Office de l’Union européenne pour la propriété intellectuelle les informations aux fins d’identification de l’œuvre concernée, les informations concernant les modalités d’opposition ainsi que celles concernant les parties aux contrats de licence, les territoires couverts et les utilisations envisagées. Ces informations sont inscrites par l’institution concernée sur le portail établi par cet office à cet effet.
