Article L1425-2 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the provisions of this code in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :

1° The reference to the President of the Territorial Council replaces the reference to the President of the Departmental Council or the President of the Regional Council, and the reference to the Territorial Council replaces the reference to the Departmental Council or the Regional Council;

2° The reference to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon replaces the reference to the department and the region and the reference to the departmental or regional level or to the regional level;

3° The reference to the territory of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon replaces the reference to the regional territory;

4° The reference to the representative of the State replaces the reference to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency;

5° The reference to the territorial commission for the coordination of health policies replaces the reference to the commissions for the coordination of public health policies;

6° References to the territorial conference on health and autonomy replace references to the regional conference on health and autonomy and the territorial conference;

7° References to the territorial health project, the territorial health plan and the territorial multi-annual risk management and efficiency plan for the healthcare system replace references to the regional health project, the regional health plan and the regional multi-annual risk management and efficiency plan for the healthcare system respectively;

8° The reference to health policy in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon replaces the reference to regional health policy or health policy in the region.

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent code à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :

2° La référence à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon se substitue à la référence au département et à la région et à la référence au niveau départemental ou régional ou à l’échelon régional ;

3° La référence au territoire de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon se substitue à la référence au territoire régional ;

4° La mention du représentant de l’Etat se substitue à la mention du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ;

5° La mention de la commission territoriale de coordination des politiques de santé se substitue à la mention des commissions de coordination des politiques publiques de santé ;

6° La mention de la conférence territoriale de la santé et de l’autonomie se substitue à la mention de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie et à celle de la conférence de territoire ;

7° Les mentions du projet territorial de santé, du schéma territorial de santé et du plan pluriannuel territorial de gestion du risque et d’efficience du système de soins se substituent respectivement aux mentions du projet régional de santé, du schéma régional de santé et du plan pluriannuel régional de gestion du risque et d’efficience du système de soins ;
