Article L1435-12 of the French Public Health Code

The regional health agencies are responsible, in liaison with the agencies mentioned in Articles L. 1313-1, L. 1413-1, L. 1418-1 and L. 5311-1, for the organisation and territorial coverage of health monitoring. To this end, they set up a regional vigilance and support network, in accordance with procedures defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Les agences régionales de santé sont responsables, en lien les agences mentionnés aux articles L. 1313-1, L. 1413-1, L. 1418-1 et L. 5311-1, de l’organisation et de la couverture territoriale des vigilances sanitaires. A cet effet, elles constituent un réseau régional de vigilances et d’appui, selon des modalités définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
