Article L146-3 of the French Commercial code

A framework agreement concluded between the principal and the managing agents to whom it is bound by a contract, or their representatives, sets in particular the amount of the minimum commission guaranteed in all managing-agent contracts concluded by the said principal. This minimum commission takes into account the size of the establishment and the way in which it is operated.

In the absence of an agreement, the Minister responsible for small and medium-sized enterprises sets this minimum commission.

Article L146-3
