For the application of this code in Mayotte :

1° The powers of the representative of the State in the region are exercised by the representative of the State in Mayotte;

2° The powers of the region are exercised by the Department of Mayotte;

3° The reference to the regional level is understood to be the reference to the territory of Mayotte.

Article L1514-1

Pour l’application du présent code à Mayotte :

1° Les attributions du représentant de l’Etat dans la région sont exercées par le représentant de l’Etat à Mayotte ;

2° Les attributions de la région sont exercées par le Département de Mayotte ;

3° La référence au niveau régional est entendue comme la référence au territoire de Mayotte.
