Article L1525-3 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in Wallis and Futuna, the second paragraph of article L. 1271-5 is replaced by the following provisions:

The same penalties shall apply to contravening or attempting to contravene the stipulations of the agreement provided for in article L. 1522-5.

Pour son application à Wallis-et-Futuna, le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1271-5 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

Est puni des mêmes peines le fait de contrevenir ou de tenter de contrevenir aux stipulations de la convention prévue à l’article L. 1522-5.
