Article L1531-1 of the French Public Health Code

Article L. 1131-4, with the exception of its last paragraph, is applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories. For its application in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories, the words “Title II of this Book and” are deleted.

The conditions for application of this article shall be determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
