The provisions of Title III of Book III of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories subject to the following adaptations:
1° In Articles L. 1333-8 and L. 1333-30, the reference to Chapter I of Title V of Book IV of Part IV of the Labour Code is replaced by the reference to Article 134 of Law no. 52-1322 of 15 December 1952;
2° Article L. 1333-9 does not apply;
3° The last paragraph of I of Article L. 1333-13 reads as follows:
“Health professionals involved in the therapeutic management or monitoring of patients exposed to ionising radiation for medical purposes, who become aware of an event likely to harm the health of individuals linked to this exposure, shall report it as soon as possible to the Nuclear Safety Authority and inform the State representative. ”
4° In Article L. 1333-18, the words “of Article L. 4111-6 of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words “of Article 134 of Law No. 52-1322 of 15 December 1952”;
5° In Article L. 1333-19, the words “covered, where applicable, by Articles L. 6313-1 to L. 6313-11 of the Labour Code” are deleted;
6° In Article L. 1333-20, the words: “or veterinary surgeon” and the words: “, veterinary surgeons and pharmacists” are deleted, and the second paragraph does not apply;
7° In Article L. 1333-24, the words: “and the agents mentioned in Article L. 1435-7” are deleted;
8° The second paragraph of Article L. 1333-25 is not applicable;
9° The third paragraph of II and the first paragraph of III of Article L. 1333-26 are not applicable;
10° In Article L. 1333-27, the words: “in application of Articles L. 4121-1 et seq. of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words: “as regards prevention”.
