Article L1544-2 of the French Public Health Code

Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Chapter II of Title IV of Book I of this Part, with the exception of Articles L. 1142-1-1, L. 1142-2, L. 1142-4, the first two paragraphs of Article L. 1142-8 and Article L. 1142-13, shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter.

Article L. 1142-11 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, in the version resulting from Order no. 2016-967 of 15 July 2016.

Les sections 1, 2 et 3 du chapitre II du titre IV du livre Ier de la présente partie, à l’exception des articles L. 1142-1-1, L. 1142-2, L. 1142-4, des deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 1142-8 ainsi que de l’article L. 1142-13, sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

L’article L. 1142-11 est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2016-967 du 15 juillet 2016.
