Article L157-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories:
1° In Article L. 140-1, the references to 3° and 4° of article L. 142-1 and articles L. 142-2 to L. 142-5 are deleted;
2° In article L. 141-2, the words: “or transfer to the State responsible for examining his asylum application” are deleted.

Pour l’application du présent livre dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises :
1° A l’article L. 140-1, les références aux 3° et 4° de l’article L. 142-1 et aux articles L. 142-2 à L. 142-5 sont supprimées ;
2° A l’article L. 141-2, les mots : ” ou de transfert vers l’Etat responsable de l’examen de sa demande d’asile ” sont supprimés.
