Article L1711-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to Mayotte of the first part of the present code:

1° The reference to the department or the region is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte;

2° The reference to the regional council or the general councils is replaced by the reference to the general council.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de la première partie du présent code :

1° La référence au département ou à la région est remplacée par la référence au Département de Mayotte ;

2° La référence au conseil régional ou aux conseils généraux est remplacée par la référence au conseil général.
