Article L1811-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The provisions of Chapter I of the single title of Book I of Part One mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below are applicable to the communes and their groupings in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II:

II.
II -For the application of article L. 1111-6:

1° The words “local authority” and “local authority” are replaced by the word “municipality”, and the words “local authorities” by the word “municipalities”;

2° In II:

a) The words: “aid taking one of the forms provided for in the second paragraph of I of Article L. 1511-2 and in the second paragraph of Article L. 1511-3” are replaced by the words: “aid for business investment defined by the regulations applicable locally”;

b) The words: “or to a local authority” are replaced by the words: “or to a local authority”;

c) The words: “or to a local authority” are replaced by the words: “or to a local authority”.
b) The words: “or to the commission provided for in Article L. 1411-5” are replaced by the words: “or to the commissions for the award of public service delegations provided for in the regulations applicable locally”;

3° In 2° of III:

a) The words: “in articles L. 123-4 and L. 123-4-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles” are replaced by the words: “in article L. 2573-32 of this code”;

b) The words: “and Article L. 212-10 of the Education Code” are deleted.

Article L1811-3

I.-Les dispositions du chapitre Ier du titre unique du livre Ier de la première partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables aux communes et à leurs groupements en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II :

II.-Pour l’application de l’article L. 1111-6 :

1° Les mots : “ collectivité territoriale ” et “ collectivité ” sont remplacés par le mot : “ commune ”, et les mots : “ collectivités territoriales ” par le mot : “ communes ” ;

2° Au II :

a) Les mots : “ une aide revêtant l’une des formes prévues au deuxième alinéa du I de l’article L. 1511-2 et au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1511-3 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ une aide en matière d’investissement d’entreprise définie par la réglementation applicable localement ” ;

b) Les mots : “ ou à la commission prévue à l’article L. 1411-5 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ ou aux commissions d’attribution de délégations de service public prévues par la règlementation applicable localement ” ;

3° Au 2° du III :

a) Les mots : “ aux articles L. 123-4 et L. 123-4-1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ à l’article L. 2573-32 du présent code ” ;

b) Les mots : “ et à l’article L. 212-10 du code de l’éducation ” sont supprimés.
