Article L1831-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of the single chapter of Title II of Book II of Part One mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II – Article L. 1221-4 of the General Local Authorities Code is replaced by the following provisions:

Article L. 1221-4.
Art. L. 1221-4 -The organisation holding an authorisation pursuant to article L. 1221-3 is required to declare and carry out its activity in accordance with the locally applicable provisions.

I. ‒ Les dispositions du chapitre unique du titre II du livre II de la première partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II.

II. − L’article L. 1221-4 du code général des collectivités territoriales est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

Art. L. 1221-4.-L’organisme titulaire d’un agrément en application de l’article L. 1221-3 est tenu de déclarer et d’exercer son activité conformément aux dispositions applicables localement.
