Article L211-4 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Any dispute relating to the seizure must be lodged within a time limit set by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.
In the absence of a dispute, the creditor shall demand payment of the claim attributed to him by the act of attachment.
However, a seized debtor who has not lodged a dispute within the prescribed time limit may bring an action at his own expense for recovery of undue payment before the competent court.

Toute contestation relative à la saisie est formée dans un délai fixé par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
En l’absence de contestation, le créancier requiert le paiement de la créance qui lui a été attribuée par l’acte de saisie.
Toutefois, le débiteur saisi qui n’aurait pas élevé de contestation dans le délai prescrit peut agir à ses frais en répétition de l’indu devant le juge du fond compétent.
