A purchaser who uses a central purchasing body for a centralised purchasing activity may also entrust it with auxiliary purchasing activities, without applying the award procedures provided for in this Book.
Auxiliary purchasing activities consist of providing assistance with the award of contracts, in particular in the following forms:
1° Provision of technical infrastructure for the conclusion of works, supply or service contracts;
2° Advice on the choice, organisation and conduct of award procedures;
3° Preparation and management of award procedures in the name of and on behalf of the purchaser concerned.

L’acheteur qui recourt à une centrale d’achat pour une activité d’achat centralisée peut également lui confier, sans appliquer les procédures de passation prévues par le présent livre, des activités d’achat auxiliaires.
Les activités d’achat auxiliaires consistent à fournir une assistance à la passation des marchés, notamment sous les formes suivantes :
1° Mise à disposition d’infrastructures techniques pour la conclusion des marchés de travaux, de fournitures ou de services ;
2° Conseil sur le choix, l’organisation et le déroulement des procédures de passation de marchés ;
3° Préparation et gestion des procédures de passation de marchés au nom de l’acheteur concerné et pour son compte.
