Article L2122-3-1 of the French Labour Code

When submitting the list, the trade union shall indicate, where applicable, its affiliation to a trade union organisation. In the absence of such indication, the trade union organisation does not receive the votes cast in favour of the trade union affiliated to it for the measurement of the audience provided for in 5° of article L. 2121-1.

Lors du dépôt de la liste, le syndicat indique, le cas échéant, son affiliation à une organisation syndicale. A défaut d’indication, l’organisation syndicale ne recueille pas les suffrages exprimés en faveur du syndicat qui lui est affilié pour la mesure de l’audience prévue au 5° de l’article L. 2121-1.
