Article L213-2 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

Without further proceedings and in preference to all other creditors, the claim constitutes an assignment to the beneficiary of the sums in question as and when they become due.
The third party is required to pay these sums directly to the beneficiary at the times set by the judgment.

Article L213-2

La demande vaut, sans autre procédure et par préférence à tous autres créanciers, attribution au bénéficiaire des sommes qui en font l’objet au fur et à mesure qu’elles deviennent exigibles.
Le tiers est tenu de verser directement ces sommes au bénéficiaire selon les échéances fixées par le jugement.
