Article L213-6-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

A final court decision in favour of one of the holders of bonds issued in France by any private or public body, or by any commercial or civil company, whether French or foreign, and concerning the joint rights of the bondholders, may be enforceable in favour of any bondholder who was not a party to the proceedings by an order of the president of the court in whose district the case was brought in the first instance.

La décision judiciaire définitive rendue en faveur de l’un des porteurs d’obligations émises en France par toute collectivité privée ou publique, ou par toute société commerciale ou civile, française ou étrangère, et concernant les droits communs des obligataires, peut acquérir force exécutoire au profit de tout obligataire qui n’a pas figuré dans l’instance par une ordonnance du président du tribunal judiciaire dans la circonscription duquel l’affaire a été portée en première instance.
