Article L2133-2 of the French Labour Code

Unions of trade unions are subject to the provisions of articles L. 2131-1, L. 2131-3 to L. 2131-5, L. 2141-1 and L. 2141-2.

They make known the name and registered office of the trade unions of which they are composed.

Their articles of association determine the rules according to which the unions belonging to the union are represented on the board of directors and at general meetings.

Les unions de syndicats sont soumises aux dispositions des articles L. 2131-1, L. 2131-3 à L. 2131-5, L. 2141-1 et L. 2141-2.

Elles font connaître le nom et le siège social des syndicats qui les composent.

Leurs statuts déterminent les règles selon lesquelles les syndicats adhérents à l’union sont représentés dans le conseil d’administration et dans les assemblées générales.
