Article L214-24-50 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The income of a general-purpose investment fund includes net income, realised capital gains and losses net of costs and net unrealised capital gains and losses. Net income is equal to the amount of interest, arrears, premiums and lots, dividends, remuneration provided for in article L. 225-45 of the Commercial Code and all other income relating to the securities in the portfolio, plus the proceeds of sums temporarily available and less the amount of management fees and borrowing costs.

Le résultat d’un fonds d’investissement à vocation générale comprend le revenu net, les plus et moins-values réalisées nettes de frais et les plus et moins-values latentes nettes. Le revenu net est égal au montant des intérêts, arrérages, primes et lots, dividendes, rémunération prévue à l’article L. 225-45 du code de commerce et tous autres produits relatifs aux titres constituant le portefeuille, majoré du produit des sommes momentanément disponibles et diminué du montant des frais de gestion et de la charge des emprunts.
