Article L214-32-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Each year, before 30 April of the following year, local investment funds send the Autorité des marchés financiers a summary statement of the companies financed, the securities held and the amounts invested during the year, in accordance with the conditions defined by joint order of the ministers responsible for the economy and the budget. The information contained in this statement is that at 31 December of the year.

The Autorité des marchés financiers shall forward the information referred to in the first paragraph to the ministers responsible for the economy and the budget.

Article L214-32-1

Les fonds d’investissement de proximité adressent chaque année à l’Autorité des marchés financiers, avant le 30 avril de l’année suivante et dans des conditions définies par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’économie et du budget, un état récapitulatif des sociétés financées, des titres détenus ainsi que des montants investis durant l’année. Les informations qui figurent sur cet état sont celles arrêtées au 31 décembre de l’année.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers transmet les informations mentionnées au premier alinéa aux ministres chargés de l’économie et du budget.
