Article L214-87 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The draft articles of association of a société civile de placement immobilier or a société d’épargne forestière to be formed by public offering are drawn up and signed by one or more founders.

The initial capital must be fully subscribed.

The conditions set out in this article do not apply when a société civile de placement immobilier or a société d’épargne forestière is formed by means of a public offering referred to in 1° of article L. 411-2.

Article L214-87

Le projet de statuts constitutifs d’une société civile de placement immobilier ou d’une société d’épargne forestière qui se constitue par offre au public est établi et signé par un ou plusieurs fondateurs.

Le capital initial doit être intégralement souscrit.

Les conditions prévues par le présent article ne sont pas applicables lorsqu’une société civile de placement immobilier ou une société d’épargne forestière se constitue par la voie d’une offre au public mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 411-2.
