Article L214-90 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In the event of the personal bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership or safeguard of one of the members of a société civile or a société d’épargne forestière whose shares have been offered to the public, the offer to sell the member’s shares shall be entered in the company register referred to in Article L. 214-93.

The provisions of this article do not apply to the public offers referred to in 1° of Article L. 411-2.

Article L214-90

En cas de faillite personnelle, liquidation, redressement ou sauvegarde judiciaires d’un des associés d’une société civile ou d’une société d’épargne forestière dont les parts sociales ont été offertes au public, il est procédé à l’inscription de l’offre de cession des parts de l’associé sur le registre de la société mentionné à l’article L. 214-93.

Les dispositions du présent article ne sont pas applicables aux offres au public mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 411-2.
