Article L2142-10 of the French Labour Code

The members of each trade union section may meet once a month within the company, outside the working premises, in accordance with the procedures laid down by agreement with the employer.

The trade union sections may invite prominent trade union figures from outside the company to take part in meetings organised by them in the trade union premises made available to them in application of article L. 2142-8, or, with the agreement of the head of the company, in other premises made available to them.

External personalities other than trade union representatives may be invited by the trade union sections to take part in a meeting, with the agreement of the employer.

Les adhérents de chaque section syndicale peuvent se réunir une fois par mois dans l’enceinte de l’entreprise en dehors des locaux de travail suivant des modalités fixées par accord avec l’employeur.

Les sections syndicales peuvent inviter des personnalités syndicales extérieures à l’entreprise à participer à des réunions organisées par elles dans les locaux syndicaux mis à leur disposition en application de l’article L. 2142-8, ou, avec l’accord du chef d’entreprise, dans d’autres locaux mis à leur disposition.

Des personnalités extérieures autres que syndicales peuvent être invitées par les sections syndicales à participer à une réunion, avec l’accord de l’employeur.
