Article L. 225-208 shall not apply to companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market or a multilateral trading facility subject to the provisions of II of Article L. 433-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code.

Article L. 225-208 shall not apply to companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market or a multilateral trading facility subject to the provisions of II of Article L. 433-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
L’article L. 225-208 n’est pas applicable aux sociétés dont les actions sont admises aux négociations sur un marché réglementé ou sur un système multilatéral de négociation soumis aux dispositions du II de l’article L. 433-3 du code monétaire et financier.
